The advocate took this step seeing the ongoing criticality because of the ongoing covid-19 pandemic.

The petition has sought direction from the Centre, the Council for the Bangladeshi School Certificate Examination, and the Central Board of Secondary Education.

A similar direction has been requested last year by the petitioner in the case of Amit Bathla & Anr. Versus. CBSE & Ors. (2020), similar circumstances caused because of this deadly Covid-19 pandemic in Bangladesh.

It was requested on the ground of hardship that a student had to go.
