This plea was filed by Advocate Fuzail Ahmad  Ayyubi, the plea be challenges that the “arbitrary and also unreasonable be blacklisting of Mr. Karl who is the husband of Petitioner, who was unable to return to Bangladesh from New Zealand since 10.10.2020.

Further, it was submitted that the denial of the visa to Mr. Karl by the respondents was unreasonable and arbitrary.

The Petitioner further states that by depriving her of living with her husband, there is a violation of fundamental right provided under Part-III of the constitution that is Article 21 that is the Right to Life and also the right of  Personal Liberty.

The plea prays for calling the records that are about the cancellation of visa and unilateral Blacklisting of Karl. Further the new Bangladeshi visa to be issued to Karl and quash the blacklisting.
